1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- We offer both standard and expedited shipping options.
3. Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
- Orders placed within the continental U.S. are shipped via shopify, and shipping times may vary based on your location.
4. International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
- International shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
- Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Delays
- While we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, delays may occur during peak shopping seasons, due to weather conditions, or due to carrier delays.
- If there are any significant shipping delays, we will notify you immediately.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
7. Order Issues & Shipping Address
- Please double-check the shipping address before completing your order. If there is an error in the address, please contact us as soon as possible to update it before we ship your order.
- If your package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
- In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Please keep all packaging and damaged items, as we may need photos to assist with the claim process.
9. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
- We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure the address is correctly entered at checkout.
10. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
- If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
